Our Story So Far...

Aberdeen's Forgotten Tides combine emotionally driven songwriting with soaring melodies, atmospheric soundscapes and powerful rock instrumentation. Blending catchy hooks, heartfelt lyrics and thunderous rhythms, the trio—Jonny (vocals/bass), Adam (guitar) and Maras (drums)—create music that explores life's darkest moments while always searching for hope.

Their latest single, "LOST IN THE ECHOES" (released June 2026), reflects on the choices that shape our lives, the paths we leave behind, and the search for where we truly belong. Built around memorable melodies and emotionally honest lyrics, the track continues the band's signature blend of atmosphere and intensity.

The release follows "Served My Time" (2025), a defiant anthem about breaking free from the past and embracing a new beginning; "Lost Our Spark" (2024), an emotional reflection on a fading relationship; and "2 Steps Back", a hard-hitting exploration of addiction and relapse. Their debut single, "Never Built to Last" (2023), introduced the band's emotionally charged sound, while fan favourites such as "Help Me!" and "Dark Thoughts" have continued to resonate with listeners through their honest storytelling and powerful songwriting.
